CANON MAGGS C OF E JUNIOR SCHOOL AWARDS ASSEMBLY.
On Thursday 17th July 2008 Kelly and Michele Newman was invited to Canon Maggs Awards Assembly to present The Gemma Louise Newman Award to this years winning student.
" It's an honour for both my mum and I to attend this assembly it brings back so many fond memories as both Gemma and I attended this school as children. My mum and I once sat in the school hall to watch Gemma receive The Linney Prize at her leavers assembly. To see the children in the school today so proud of their achievements is a great honour and pleasure for us."(Kelly Newman)

The fund was presented with a donation by the Head Mr Potter.
Canon Maggs took part in SCHOOLS WEAR PINK DAY, children, staff and parents collectively raised over £200.00 for this event !!!!Thank you Thank you Thank you so very much!!!!! This donation is greatly appreciated and will go towards helping more schools in our local community.
